[mythtv] ffmpeg-mt library replacement

I achieve to build mythtv svn trunk 22097 with ffmpeg-mt git 73608e1 
replacing myth libavcodec, libavformat and libavutil.

The build process is a bi tricky and sources needs some patches, but 
myth run smoothly DVB-S2 HD contents, much better than myth ffmpeg libs 
(at least for me)

Do you think it could be useful to merge it into svn tree?

Any help, volunteers?
