In addition to the logs requested on the ticket, please check the cron 
jobs configured for all users on your system to see if any are set to 
run every minute.  This sounds a /lot/ like your system just does 
something else--completely non-Myth-related--each minute.  It may not 
show up on top/system monitor, depending on what type of resource usage 
it is (i.e. may be disk I/O or network I/O or ...).
