[mythtv] MythTV 0.22 and Cryptoworks CI/CAM

Hi,

I'm trying to get a KNC1 DVB-S card, which has a CI/CAM daughter card, working here in Austria
with my official ORF Cryptoworks card inserted.

As I'm having problems with that since 0.21, please let me quote my first mails I sent already some month
ago to the mythtv-users list, where I got no response.

I did now an upgrade to 0.22 in the hope that things got better, but sadly that't not the case.

Hope you can help me here further:
