[mythtv] change in behaviour for windowed mode

i run mythfrontend in a window on my laptop thus:

#
# run mythtv in a window
#
export MYTHCONFDIR=/home/simon/.mythtv-window
mythfrontend -O UseFixedWindowSize=0 $@


and have a different configuration in that directory (with a different 
client name)

up to now this has worked really well
however smething has changed

the GUI is in the window, but he first time into livetv the window 
becomes full sized
and if i change source, the window borders then disapppear

this is with svn 20463

should i post a bug report or is this now the defined behaviour
i hope it is a bug, otherwise windowed mode is no longer much use
