That's a bit of an over-reaction, IMHO, Stuart.  If several people had
added similar comments, locking the ticket would have been warranted,
but not one comment.  I for one would like to see Bill update his
patch for trunk.  Now, if he does, he can't resubmit his patch on the
same ticket.
