[mythtv] Osx-Packager.pl dies moving "Plugins" directory

Oops. I fixed that in -fixes a few weeks ago, but forgot trunk.
Now fixed in 20683 of packaging/OSX/build/osx-packager.pl



Note that there are link errors when building plugins
that I have not worked out yet (it is related to Qt 4.4).


For now, you will only be able to do --pluginskip builds :-(
