[mythtv] Help with Win32-packager.pl error

Can anyone explain how I might resolve this error? I'm trying this on a Windows 7 RC1 x64 system. If I need to provide other useful information, please let me know.

Config:
        QT version: 4
        DLLs will be labeled as: 0.22
        Building with 2 processors
        SVN location is: trunk
        SVN revision is: 20847
