Rob,

Sorry I didn't reply earlier, my mail client must have mangled your
email stating that this was supposed to be for me.

Anyway the mpegts parser handled the language codes, so have a look in
libavformat/mpegts.c to see how it handles it.  To get the subtitles
going I didn't have to change anything relating to languages.

(My patch does not work in MythTV atm, so I will progress it through
FFmpeg then once it is in work on MythTV)
