[mythtv] Mythfrontend crash with BBC HD content

Hi,

I have a small section (10 MBytes) of BBC HD TV content that crashes
Mythfrontend. It also crashes mplayer so I suspect the issue is in
ffmpeg's H264 decoder.

Where would it be best to pursue this bug (mythTv, Mplayer, ffmpeg)  ?

I think there is also an issue with the AC3 audio on the full video,
just in MythTv, but I have to track the area down a bit further.
