For me, the patches applied just fine.  I used either rev 19900 or
19929.  I am not that familiar with SVN, but when I do an "svn info"
in the directory, I get this:

I don't know if "Revision" is what is currently on the server or what
I have downloaded.  Either way, it is newer than what Dan had problems
