[mythtv] Mac OS X: Build release-0-21-fixes fails

Thanks for your ticket, and configure patch.
I have applied it to the fixes branch,
but I suspect we can use a better CPU flag
than -march=pentium4 ?


Could I get you to supply the output from
`/usr/sbin/sysctl -n machdep.cpu.brand_string`

Due to parallel make, the actual error was a few lines before this
(when mythmainwindow.cpp was compiled).

Could also regenerate and supply the error to satisfy my curiosity?
