Did you see the "or"?  Did you check your apache logs to see if the 
error you reported with a much better description/information than was 
specified in #6798 is the same error that was reported without 
sufficient information in #6798?

I don't really care who reported #6798.  I just want to get enough 
information that it can be closed if it is, in fact, reported elsewhere 
with better information.
