The problem with this isn't the way it works in the code but the way
it's worded in the Frontend. The wording "Preserve This Episode"
implies that the episode will be saved regardless of the other
settings. Of course, I'm not sure what a better wording would be.
"Remove form maxepisodes" or "Don't count toward maxepisodes" would be
more descriptive but still confusing to the end user.
