[mythtv] HDHomeRun DVB-T version

About a month ago I posted a message explaining that the recordings with a
HDHomeRun DVB-T version were 0 bytes long, and in the log there were lots of
messages like these:

HDHRRec(1): Resetting Demux Filters
HDHRRec(1): AdjustFilters() no pmt or no pat

In the section "Input Connections" of mythtv-setup I've have changed the
"Use quick tuning" setting to "Always" and now the recordings are OK. This
setting was "Live TV only" by default. In the message at the bottom of the
screen it is said that "the program numbers change more often than DVB or
ATSC tuning parameters, so this is slightly less reliable. This will also
inhibit EIT gathering during Live TV".
