[mythtv] Transcode jobs not completing

Just a quick "mee too". I'm seeing the same issue with current trunk 
when doing mpeg2 -> mpeg2 transcoding. Haven't have time to do any sort 
of debugging.

At one time, mythtranscode was spitting "No more queue slots" or 
something similar to logs very fast. Later I noticed that recordings 
made at the same time were totally corrupted, like 1h program had only 
20min content. Large parts of the file were missing. I was thinking if 
this could be the same issue some people are seeing with the 
ThreadedFileWriter (that under stress it has some issues)..
