[mythtv] Windows Port installation failing

Please  edit the script so that it uses the variable SVNRELEASE of "HEAD",
or use the command-line option of "-r HEAD" on the perl script.

The script by default is currently trying to compile an older broken
version, and I know that HEAD (v18271) currently compiles OK, as I tried it
today.   :-)
