If you do a reverse lookup on the site being "attacked" it resolves to dydns.com 
just one letter off of dyndns.com a site that provides dynamic dns.

One has to wonder if "Bob" was providing dynamic dns services before, or if he 
was domain parking with a close mistype to others that actually provided services.
