[mythtv] Seg Fault on HEAD build under win32

Nigel,

To test it out, I started fresh with a copy of 17167, 17200 and 17222 - all
with the same results
I also removed the DEPENDS+=./ in case that was affecting it.

Should we be going back earlier?
