[mythtv] Ticket #4872: Detect if video is letterboxed and switch to corect fill mode

This problem with the DVD is probably solved by Daniels fix to the
patch. detectLetterboxV7_widescreen_backswitch_fix.patch can be
downloaded from the ticket http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/4872

I have been searching for a DVD that reproduces this but have not
found any. therefore I have not been able to make a update myself.
