[mythtv] Inquiry for user base data in order to try and develop and seup a new MythWeather viewer

You would think we could get usage numbers out of whoever runs the
XMLTV grabber service, as they would know data about how many people
hit their servers.

Granted, the number of people running mythweather is less than the
number of people running mythtv.
