[mythtv] (no subject)

Hello all,
I just upgraded to 0.21 from a knoppmyth install.
I then noticed some problems:
I couldn't insert records into the Channel table because its missing a column called "default_authority"
The insert statement is trying to put something into that column.
Also in the diseqc_tree table there was a column called "address" that was missing.
It would seem my structure is not correct somehow.
So somehow my tables have gotten out of sync.
It seemed to complete all of the updates okay so I am not sure where things went wrong.
I am also not sure if it is my tables are bad or the queries are out of sync as I can't see the default_authority column in the current schema.
Can anyone help fix things? I added the columns but I would like to do it right.
