[mythtv] XvMc-OpenGL and OpenGL-OSD

You want

  rpmbuild --without xvmcw --without xvmcvld --with xvmcnvidia

But you'll also want the patch I submitted to ATRPMS (http://bugzilla.atrpms.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1409) to get that to work:)
