[mythtv] mythweb upcoming recordings page unusably slow

I tried it with opera, similar behaviour as the other two, but no
timeout messages. 

In opera, it usually displays the static page data first, then goes
off and grinds through that ginormous mass of javascript implementing
the popups. While it's doing so, you can mouse over the program name,
and follow as the details become avaiable further and further down the
page over the course of the 15 minutes or so it takes to do its
thing.

This goes on for another 670k, and I haven't even turned on
duplicates, just deactivated. Thats nearly 1000 programs, for a total
size for this page of 1.3M.
