[mythtv] mythweb upcoming recordings page unusably slow

Sorry, I should also have said that the only reason I don't get the
timeout when I click on deactivated to turn them on is that I cranked
up my script timeout from  the default 10 seconds to 2 minutes. Before
that I was getting them turning on both selections.

mv mythweb mythewb-0.20; mkdir mythweb; cp -R ...

should be clean enough.
