[mythtv] Missing Frameworks from the 0.21 release for OSX and osx-packager.pl

Hello,
    When compiling the 0.21 release on OSX with the FireWire SDK, it 
appears the AVCVideoServices Framework in 
/Developer/FireWireSDK23/Examples/Framework/AVCVideoServices.framework 
isn't getting copied over properly.   This appears to happen on both PPC 
and Intel Platforms.   The osx-packager script completes fine, but when 
launching the frontend or backend from the comand line the following 
error is seen:

@executable_path/../Frameworks/AVCVideoServices.framework/Versions/A/AVCVideoServices
