I added this mainly because I'm working on another patch to allow the
NuppelVideoRecorder class to write out other container formats such as
mpeg-ps.  I tested MPEG-2 with my ConvertX box, but didn't get all the
glue code setup to make a .nuv file with MPEG-2 video.  I think this is
fairly simple with the other mods I already put in.

My upgraded FE/BE that has my ConvertX box is lacking in serial ports
right now so I can't run the channel changer script for my satellite box
so I'll have to do something about that in order to test the mod.
The goal is to make it so that you wouldn't have to reencode because NVR
would be able to create the proper file format.  This will be useful for
people using the ConvertX boxes as well as people doing software transcoding
resizing down to DVD-compatible resolutions.
