I've seen this too, but I'm weeks behind trunk (before -21-fixes was
branched) so I wont add too much to this thread.

One thing that is annoying that Janne didn't mention, is that after this
happens, the audio output stops. I have to save the position and escape
out then reenter (which doesn't work too well with live tv ;))

This may be symptomatic of the fact i'm using pulseaudio output via the
alsa plugin.

Just thought I'd mention this here, but if there is no reply (I know I
am pretty far behind) I wont loose sleep ;)
