[mythtv] Ticket #4397: win32 dependancy resolver and build script

Danny, from the error text you uploaded, it seems most likely that you do
not have a "/mingw" folder mounted in msys.    I'm guessing that you didn't
type the mingw path correctly when you installed msys.    the most common
error is typing "c:\mingw" when it really MUST be typed with forward a slash
ie: "c:/MingW".   You can correct this by editing your /etc/fstab;  it shoud
say:
c:/MinGW /mingw
