[mythtv] [#5465][PATCH] Adds on-when-clicked rollover capability to PushButtons

Hi List. first time around so please be gentle ;)

Found myself in the need of this functionality a few days ago
and decided to go give it a try at adding it. Patch against
mythtv/libs HEAD is attached here too to make the review process
easier. It basically just adds a new image element to UIPushButtonType
to act as a rollover when a pushed (and locked) button gets
focused (its 'overed'). I know this could also be implemented doing
button over button tricks but it felt like missing functionality.

The usage should be rather obvious from the patch but you basically
just add a new image to your pushbutton's xml definition:

<image function="pushed" filename="button_down.png"></image>
