[mythtv] win32-packager.pl experiences (Re: Error runningwin32-packager.pl)

Also,
I've just finished hacking libcdaudio sources so that they compile on
win32.  It's not pretty, and basically consists of hacking #includes,
and commenting out anything that does ioctls (for example to eject the
cd drive, etc), but I've got it compiling about an hour ago.   :-)

Once I test that the core functionality of the library still works,
I'll clean it up, and post it.    Give me a day or two. :-)
