[mythtv] Regressions in trunk in the last month or so

Hi there,

I recently updated trunk r15613, from a trunk release in early 
December.   I've noticed two regressions.

The first is the most serious.  When I start viewing live-tv, I always 
see the "you should have got a channel lock by now" dialog.  The strange 
thing is that it has got a lock and the TV has usually been playing for 
a couple of seconds before the dialog appears, and I can see that the 
lock has been obtained in the OSD.  I've also tried extending the 
tuner's lock timeout setting in mythtv-setup  but it doesn't seem to 
have any affect.

Apart from upgrading myth, nothing else has changed on the system.  I'm 
running Ubuntu with the 2.6.20 kernel, and have 2 DVB cards (Avermedia 
A777 and Hauppauge Nova-T 500).


The second less serious regression is that the "Next Video Source" key 
binding no longer works in live tv.   The binding is still setup as the 
default (Y), but pressing it has no effect.   If I change the input 
using the onscreen menu it changes inputs OK.   So it just looks like 
there is just a problem with the key binding/handling code.


Any ideas on either of these issues?  I'm happy to dig around the code 
or get some debug logs if that would help.
