[mythtv] Ticket #4503: Guide shows duplicate channels after multirec if channum's are the same

For the scheduler that works since it's going to match title, subtitle and
or description anyway.

If the answer is 2 (callsign AND channum) then I submit that the duplicate
check code as well as the code in question in this ticket is in error.
