[mythtv] Ticket #4497: Win32 builds broken after r15435

FYI,
after compiling about 20 revisions tonite, I have the following brief for
near-HEAD Win32 builds :

15434 -> is the last version to build successfully (with the known requisite
win32 patches)
------------------------------------------
15435 -> 15477 all give this same compile error:
