[mythtv] Channel scanner doesn't always detect callsigns and sometimes misses channels

I just want to add a "me too" to this bug report. I have never been able 
to get a good qam cable channel scan with the hdhr. Last checked about a 
week ago when the cable company moved channels around again. Running a 
reasonably current SVN from a few days ago. For me the fix is to 
manually enter all the info into the appropriate sql tables. Sure would 
be nice if some familiar with the code would revisit the scanner.

Keep up the great work, best free product I have ever used.
