Don't know if I used the word clean or not... :)  The file transfer
code does not allow specifying subdirectories, the SG code doesn't
care that I know of.  There is still the issue of linking, if the
user has access to your filesystem, but they can't get files by
using ../ or a subdirectory right now.  If the user has access to
the filesystem and can make links to /etc/blah then you probably
have other issues though.
