Simon,
No, but I did open a Trac ticket to remind one of us to get back to it
later.    Andre's suggestion seemed like the better solution in the
long term, and in the short-term, the few of us working on Win32 already
have a copy downloaded. :-)

Feel free to have a crack at building it with the alternate wine headers,
and let us all know how you go.
