A storage group doesn't necessarily specify a single directory, so there
cannot be that simple one-to-one mapping. The pseudo-prefix would be a
prefix created exactly as is it now, though instead of the directory list
originating in VideoStartupDir it would be retrieved from the SG.

Initially I was thinking that each directory in VideoStartupDir should be
their own SG, but that doesn't seem to make much sense unless there is that
one-to-one mapping.
