[mythtv] Ticket #4278: Return the storage group data using a more sensible XML approach.

Gidday,

I'm just wondering if there is any chance of getting my patch to improve
the XML formatting for the storage group info into 0.21?  The HTML
output is updated as well.  It has been sitting unloved in trac for the
past 3 months or so.

The patch applies cleanly to r16234.
