I'd recommend leaving MYTHCONFDIR an "undocumented" approach--i.e. just
ask the user to set the HOME environment variable. If they are capable
of determining the consequences of running with a HOME directory and a
MYTHCONFDIR set to different values (i.e. capable of reading through the
code), they'll be able to find out about the MYTHCONFDIR. :)
