[mythtv] Recordings Sports Feature Wish/Development

Is it legal to scrape scores from various professional sports sources,
aggregate them, and then do things with that information? I doubt it.
You probably need "express written consent."

That being said, I've run into the same problem. I find the workaround
completely livable; know that the networks always lie about how long
pro sports events are going to be, and plan the recordings
accordingly.

Have you ever noticed that football and basketball are always wrong?
Did they really need to push back House so we could see Jimmy Johnson
talk about a game that was already over? The networks could axe the
postgame crap if they wanted to stick to their schedule; it doesn't
seem to be a priority for them; they've already sold the advertising
surrounding the postgame show and they have to air it.
