You could put the source and theme online somewhere and I could take a look. 
What painter are you using? There was a bug that only affected the QT painter 
under certain circumstances, does the GL painter work?

It's only because no-one tried to port any plugins before 0.20 was released 
that the bugs weren't discovered.

No idea really. I know that some people have done it, but I would never bother 
trying personally. I've never run 0.20, I've been using trunk since 0.18.
