[mythtv] mythvideo cover art in OSD

Was wondering if wouldn't be too much to ask if someone could considering committing #3829 and #3493.

These allow the mythvideo art to be shown in the OSD where the channel icon would normally show.  Also allows different OSD layout to be defined for playback of tv recordings as well as live tv.
