apologies for my stupid stupid noise. I don't believe that patch (so
called) actually does anything useful. For reasons I don't yet
understand, it now works ok with an sblive as card 0, and with myth
assigned to an hda intel as card 1, without any changes. Pain
medication and code don't go well together ... again, sorry for my
stupidity.
