[mythtv] 0.21-fixes SVN17722 mem leaks report

Nigel,

I used telnet interface simulating average user behavior (jump to 
particular function, use only arrows/OK/Esc with delays simulating 
reasonable usage).
If You have any additional  q or suggestion that particular 0.21-fixes 
SVN should be tested in respect memleaks - I'll be more than happy to do 
so...
