[mythtv] problems playing some mp3/ogg files

This is a good question for -users.  You need to configure your audio 
devices appropriately.  See 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Configuring_Digital_Sound#Setting_up_ALSA.27s_.asoundrc.2C_Properly 
.  Note, also, since your card doesn't have a Master control, you may 
want to define one.  Please follow-up with questions in -users (as it 
turns out this is neither a trunk nor a Qt4 problem--in truth, not even 
a Myth problem :).
