[mythtv] Trying Mythtv on newest Qt C++ Eclipse Plugins

I guess nobody else got it either ... I spent a fair amount of time 
trying to get it to work. No go.
I had such hopes.  Eclipse is so good, so integrated... just doesn't 
play well with qt3.  :-(
