The patch attached to this ticket, http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/3757, has no side affects myself or a few other testers have noticed. Can someone please apply the patch and reduce myth's polling, potentially making it more multi-tasking friendly and more importantly, less power consuming? Thanks!
