[mythtv] RecBase(/dev/video0) Error: SetIntOption(...mpeg2bitrate): Option not in profile.

I'm getting the following errors when the backend begins to record a show:

2007-09-24 23:47:09.408 Recording starts soon, AUTO-Startup assumed
2007-09-24 23:47:09.642 TVRec(1): Changing from None to RecordingOnly
2007-09-24 23:47:09.648 TVRec(1): HW Tuner: 1->1
2007-09-24 23:47:09.695 RecBase(/dev/video0) Error: 
SetIntOption(...mpeg2bitrate): Option not in profile.
2007-09-24 23:47:09.696 RecBase(/dev/video0) Error: 
SetIntOption(...mpeg2maxbitrate): Option not in profile.

I found the #2679 ticket that someone just updated three weeks ago 
stating they were seeing it with the latest branch. I'm using 0.20.2 on 
KnoppMyth R5F27 and I'm seeing the problem as well.

Is there a workaround or does the patch need to be extracted from trunk?
