[mythtv] missing scale mode "fill"

ok, but there is no way to get the old behaviour back :/ or miss i 
something?
After changing channel from dvb with letterboxed 16/9 to dvb with 
anamorphic coded 16/9 i have to change the zoom manually (to off).
