[mythtv] UPnP backend misconfig?

If a user has the backend running with the default setup,
it will publish an unusable location over UPnP.

e.g. the frontend will get, and try to connect to 127.0.0.1:

2007-11-12 14:02:54.528 UPnpDeviceDesc::Retrieve( http://
127.0.0.1:6544/getDeviceDesc, 1 ) - Requesting Device Description.
2007-11-12 14:02:54.619 HttpComms::done() - NetworkOperation Error on
Finish: Connection refused (1): url: 'http://127.0.0.1:6544/
getDeviceDesc'

I would like to change this. Please vote for:

1) The backend should not create a UPnP server
    if the BackendServerIP or MasterServerIP
    are 127.0.0.1 or localhost

2) The backend should not publish Database/Host
    if it is 127.0.0.1 or localhost

3) Both of the above

4) Something better...
